Do I need to sign up for the Catering Loyalty Program if I am already in the Sushi Maki online ordering rewards?
Yes. This is a separate program just for catering orders. Even if you are part of our online ordering rewards, you will need to sign up for Catering Loyalty to earn points on catering. You can sign up here

How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every dollar spent on catering food and beverages.

How do I redeem my points?
Your points can be redeemed for $15 or $25 off vouchers within the app. You will be able to apply the voucher at checkout, with a limit of one voucher per order.

Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire six months after they are earned.

How does the $10 off sign-up bonus work?
When you join the program, you will receive a $10 off voucher to use on your first catering order.

What qualifies as a catering order?
Catering orders are those that include food and beverage items selected from the catering menu.

Can I earn points if I order catering through Uber Eats or ezCater?
No. To earn and redeem points, catering orders must be placed directly through the Sushi Maki app.

Where can I redeem my catering rewards?
Rewards can be used at all five of our locations: Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Coconut Grove, and Dadeland.
